The PHL table top Brinell hardness tester series is perfect for large, heavy or awkward castings, forgings or pipes due to its powered piston stroke that adjusts to the height of the part. It also features an easy-read analog load indicator gauge, hydraulic pump and 3/4 horsepower electric motor assembly. The PHL is factory calibrated (500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 or 3000 kg/mm2).
- PHL-2: Detroit PHL-2 Brinell hardness tester, one 10mm carbide ball indenter, one 2-1/2″ flat anvil, conversion chart, machine cover, accessory box, leveling legs, 120VAC power supply, user manual and calibration certificate. Unit maximum opening of 457mm H x 305mm D (18″ x 12″). 1 year warranty.
- PHL-3: Detroit PHL-3 Brinell hardness tester, one 10mm carbide ball indenter, one 2-1/2″ flat anvil, conversion chart, machine cover, accessory box, leveling legs, 120VAC power supply, user manual and calibration certificate. Unit maximum opening of 813mm H x 610mm D (32″ x 24″). 1 year warranty.
