The TG-900 serie instruments are precision ultrasonic thickness gages. The unit can be used for measurements from 0.0050 to 20.0000″ (0.0127 to 50.8cm), through paint, high speed scanning (50 readings per second) time encoded B-scan measurements in both metric and imperial units.
Standard kit includes:
TG900 data logging unit, 0.25″ – 15MHz transducer (depending on kit ordered), cable, rechargeable batteries, 120/240 VAC charger, data transfer software, 2oz couplant bottle, user manual, certificate of conformance and rigid transport case.
- TG-900: Basic precision thickness gauge complete kit with 0.25″ transducer.
- TG-930: Advanced precision thickness gauge complete kit with 0.25″ transducer.
- TG-950: Benchtop precision thickness gauge complete kit with 0.25″ transducer.
Cable:
- LMD1: Cable microdot to LEMO, 6′ (182cm).
Transducers:
- D11: Delay line transducer, 15MHz, thickness range 0.0050-0.7000″.
- D11R: Delay line transducer (replaceable delay), 15MHz, thickness range 0.0050-0.7000″.
- D15: Delay line transducer, 15MHz, thickness range 0.0050 to 0.2500″.
- D16R: Delay line transducer (replaceable delay), 15MHz, thickness range 0.0025-1.1000″.
- Other transducers also available (other frequency, diameter, temperature, connector type and location, cable lengths, pencil type, bubbler type, etc.).
