The TG-110DL is a rugged, simple and versatile ultrasonic thickness gauge which offers adjustable velocity for perfect measurements. The unit can be used for thickness measurements (up to 50,000 readings) and time encoded B-scan measurements in both metric and imperial units.
Standard kit includes:
TG110 data logging unit, transducer (depending on kit ordered), LMD1 cable, AA batteries, data transfer software, 2oz couplant bottle, user manual, certificate of conformance and rigid transport case.
- TG-110DL: Thickness gauge complete kit with TG506, 5MHz transducer.
- TG-110T: Thickness gauge complete kit with through paint TG560 5MHz transducer.
Cable:
- LMD1: Cable microdot to LEMO, 6′ (182cm).
Transducers:
- TG-506: Standard transducer, 5MHz, 0.375″ (9.5mm) in diameter, thickness range 040 to 9.999″ (1.016 to 253.975mm).
- TG-560P: Standard through paint transducer, 5MHz, 0.375″ (9.5mm) in diameter, thickness range 040 to 9.999″ (1.016 to 253.975mm).
- TG-556: Very High temperature transducer, 5MHz, 0.375″ (9.5mm) in diameter, thickness range 040 to 9.999″ (1.016 to 253.975mm). Temperature range: -15 to 600°F (-26 to 315°C).
- Other transducers also available (other frequency, diameter, temperature, connector type and location, cable lengths, pencil type, bubbler type, etc.).
