The DeFelsko Positector SHD measures the indentation left by the indenter in soft rubber to very hard plastics. The PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector probes converting your Shore hardness tester to a coating thickness gauge, dew point meter, surface profile gauge, wall thickness gauge and more (see probe compatibility chart here attached). USB, Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity to PosiSoft PC, MAC and Smarthphone software. Durable, it is solvent, acid, oil, water and dust resistant (IP65) and delivered with a 2 year warranty.
- Standard kit includes: PosiTector SHD data logging unit with upper and lower limits capability and alarm, one Shore hardness indenter, one hardness test block, protective rubber holster with belt clip, wrist strap, three AAA alkaline batteries, USB cable for data transfer and/or continuous power supply, PosiSoft software, user manual, calibration certificate and rigid transport case.
- SHD-A: Positector SHD unit (250 readings per probe) with Shore A indenter – Complete kit.
- SHD-A+: Identical to the Positector SHD-A plus data storage up to 100,000 readings, live graphing of measurements, Wifi and Bluetooth capability.
- SHD-D: Positector SHD unit (250 readings per probe) with Shore D indenter – Complete kit.
- SHD-D+: Identical to the Positector SHD-D plus data storage up to 100,000 readings, live graphing of measurements, Wifi and Bluetooth capability.
Options:
- SHD-HARD-##: Certified hardness standard Shore A (30, 50 or 75) or Shore D (25, 46 or 75).
- SHD-Stand: SHD test stands; facilitates consistent probe placement. (models Shore A or Shore D available).
- SHD-Adapt: PosiTector SHD universal adapter for use with threaded mounts in other test stands or calibrators.
- PWR: AC power kit for continuous operation with 120VAC, 240VAC or via the built-in USB port.
- PRINT: Lightweight Bluetooth thermal paper printer (advanced models ONLY).
