The Nomad-Ascent LED UV lamp from REL is useful for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection and liquid penetrant testing. Waterproof IP67 rated, this lightweight 7oz (198g) flashlight has a handheld comfort grip with snap-on pocket clip, as well as ¼-20 threaded receiver and a magnetic base which sticking it to any ferrous metal surface gives a hands-free use.
This flashlight produces a 12” (30cm) diameter UV output of 1000 µW/cm2 at 15” (38cm) with a 1.5-hour run time with each included Li-ion battery. Complies to ASTM E3022, RRES 90061, ISO 3059 and AITM6-1001.
Complete kit includes: lamp with headband, magnetic base, four rechargeable batteries, 120VAC charger, pocket clip, rigid transport case, and a 5-year warranty.
