Curtis Industries ASTM E127-19 Distance/Area Amplitude Sets
Set of flat-bottom hole blocks meeting ASTM E127:19 (formally ASTM E127 (aluminum alloys) and ASTM E428 (all other metals)), used to determine distance amplitude and area amplitude linearity measurements.
Standard materials available: Aluminum (7075), Inconel 600, Stainless (304), Steel (4340) and Titanium 6/4
- E127-S19: ASTM E127-19 distance/area amplitude set of 19 blocks, metal travel distances of: 0.063″, 0.125″, 0.250″, 0.375″, 0.500″, 0.625″, 0.750″, 0.875″, 1.000″, 1.250″, 1.750″, 2.250″, 2.750″, 3.250″, 3.750″, 4.250″, 4.750″, 5.250″ and 5.750″. Please specify either Ø3/64″, Ø5/64″ or Ø8/64″ hole diameter when ordering the set.
- E127-S10: ASTM E127-19 distance/area amplitude set of 10 blocks, metal travel distances of: Ø3/64″ – 3.000″, Ø5/64″ – 0.125″, 0.250″, 0.500″, 0.750″, 1.500″, 3.000″, 6.000″, Ø8/64″ – 3.000″, 6.000″.
- E127-S8: ASTM E127-19 distance/area amplitude set of 8 blocks, metal travel distances of: Ø1/64 – 3.000″, Ø2/64 – 3.000″, Ø3/64 – 3.000″, Ø4/64 – 3.000″, Ø5/64 – 3.000″, Ø6/64 – 3.000″, Ø7/64 – 3.000″, Ø8/64 – 3.000″, Ø1/64 – 3.000″ and Ø1/64 – 3.000″.
