Thermo Fisher Industrial Microfocus X-ray Sources are sealed type sources available in various focal spot sizes are perfect for 2D and 3D non-destructive inspection. All Thermo Fisher X-ray systems are delivered with a software so your computer can control this X-ray system.
These tubes have 100% duty cycle so you can use 24/7 on your production line to inspect computer chip, PCB, battery cells, medical and laboratory applications, research and development, quality control and much more.
Options:
- PSX5: Compact microfocus X-ray systems with up to 90kV at 8 watts with 15 to 4.5 microns focal spots.
- PSX10: Most powerful X-ray sources with 130kV up to 65 watts, with standard beam angle of 53° and wide beam angle of 115° for a focal spot of 6 or 7 microns.
- PSX15: Robust mid-range X-ray solutions with up to 110kV at 25 watts and a 5 or 7-micron focal spot.
