This film processing unit is made of stainless, with four 5 gallons (19.3L) removable stainless tanks with lids (Developer, Fixer, Stop bath and Rinse Solution). The top is slopped to ensure liquids are draining back into the station.
Measuring 54″L x 26″W x 37″H (piano lid closed), the 100 gallons (400L) tank has adjustable legs from 35″ and 39″. The 0.5″ NPT water inlet with mixing valve and temperature gage allows controlling the chemical’s temperature, with an adjustable 1.5″ overflow pipe (so you can control the level of liquid).
