The compact PosiTest HHD pulsed high-voltage (0.5 to 35kV) porosity/holiday detector is used for detecting discontinuity (porosity, pinholes, bubbles/improper adhesion, cracks) in dielectric coatings (500 microns to 20mm in thickness) on conductive substrate including concrete. Audible and visual alarms will alert when a fault is found. 2 year warranty.
Standard kit includes:
- PosiTest HHD porosity detector, Li-ion battery pack with built-in charge indicator, smart AC charger with power cord, 20″ (50cm) electrode rod with thumb screw, 25′ (7.6m) ground cable with clamp, stainless steel fan brush, shoulder strap, user manual, calibration certificate, rigid transport case.
- HHD: Positest HHD complete high-voltage holiday detector kit.
Accessories:
- HHD-PCWI: Adaptor to connect PCWI brush and coil.
- HHD-B??*: Positest HHD replacement flat stainless wire brush. Available in 2, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48″ (51, 152, 203, 305, 610, 914 and 1219mm).
- HHD-C??*: Pipeline replacement, external stainless pipe coil. Available in diameter of: 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, 20 and 24″ (102, 152, 203, 304, 356, 406, 508 and 610mm).
