PCWI DC High-Voltage Holiday Detector

The compact DC high-voltage porosity/holiday detector is used for detecting discontinuities (porosities, pinholes, bubbles/improper adhesion, cracks) in dielectric coatings (150 microns to 3.5mm in thickness) on conductive substrate including concrete. Audible and visual alarms will alert when a fault is found. 1 year warranty, 3 months on probes and leads.

Standard kit includes:

• DC high-voltage porosity detector with clip-on power pack, AC charger with power cord, probe handle with light alarm and 78″ (2m) cord, 2.4″ (60mm) connector for flat brushes, 23′ (7m) ground cable with clamp, fan brush, 10″ (250mm) flat brass wire brush, 450mm probe extension, earphones, shoulder and waist harness, user manual, calibration certificate, rigid transport case.

• DC-15K: Complete PCWI DC-15 (0-15kV) high-voltage porosity detector kit – Industrial, flat brush.
• DC-15P: Complete PCWI DC-15 (0-15kV) high-voltage porosity detector kit – Pipeline.
• DC-30K: Complete PCWI DC-30 (0-30kV) high-voltage porosity detector kit – Industrial, flat brush.
• DC-30P: Complete PCWI DC-30 (0-30kV) high-voltage porosity detector kit – Pipeline.
