Flawtech Multi-Method Flawed Specimen NDT Kit – MMK-1

This NDT flawed specimen kit is designed to facilitate the training, practice and procedure development of equipment and NDT technicians. This specific flawed specimen kit is for a multitude of different inspection methods (UT, RT, VT, PT).  With 30 randomly placed flaws, it is designed with precise flaw placement in a wide variety of specimen geometries and alloy types.

The MMK-1 kit is delivered with two 0.375” (9.5mm) plates, one 0.5” (12.7mm) plate, three 0.625” (18.9mm) plates, two 0.375” (9.5mm) Tee, one 0.5” (12.7mm) Tee and one 4.0” (101.6mm) schedule 160 pipe with three randomly placed discontinuities (flaws) per specimen. Delivered in a carrying case with CAD drawings, test sheet and compliance certificate for each specimen (30 flaws).
