Certified coated metal plates are the best solution for verifying the calibration, accuracy and operation of most magnetic, eddy current or ultrasonic coating thickness gages including magnetic pull-off gages. All certified standards have a ±0.43 microns (±0.017 mil) coating and are delivered with a calibration certificate traceable to NIST.
- 6000-STDS1: Certified coated ferrous kit (plate 1, 2, 3 and 4) for PosiTector 6000 F, FS, FRS, FN, FNS, FNRS and FNDS. Epoxy on steel.
- 6000-STDS2: Certified coated ferrous kit (plate 1, 2, 3 and 4) for PosiTector 6000 F0S, F45S, F90S and F90ES. Epoxy on steel.
- 6000-STDS4: Certified coated ferrous kit (plate 1, 2, 3 and 4) for PosiTector 6000 FXS. Epoxy on steel.
- 6000-STAS1: Certified coated NON-ferrous kit (plate 1, 2, 3 and 4) for PosiTector 6000 N, NS, NRS, FN, FNS, FNRS and FNDS. Epoxy on aluminum.
- 6000-STAS2: Certified coated NON-ferrous kit (Plate 1, 2, 3 and 4) for PosiTector 6000 NAS, N0S, N45S and N90S. Epoxy on aluminum.
- 200-STDA3: Certified coated NON-ferrous kit (75, 125, 250 and 500 microns (3, 5, 10 and 20 mils) for PosiTector 100B, 200 and 200B. Epoxy on aluminum.
