Defelsko Certified Plastic Shims

Certified plastic shims provide an economical alternative to coated metal plates. They have an accuracy of ±0.2 microns (±0.08 mil). Each shim is identified and packaged in a protective sleeve and is delivered with a calibration certificate in both metric and imperial units.

• 6000-CS1: Certified plastic shim, 25 ±0.2 microns (1 ±0.08 mil) – Orange.
• 6000-CS2: Certified plastic shim, 50 ±0.2 microns (2 (±0.08 mil) – Red.
• 6000-CS3: Certified plastic shim, 75 ±0.2 microns (3 ±0.08 mil) – Green.
• 6000-CS5: Certified plastic shim, 125 ±0.2 microns (5 ±0.08 mil) – Blue.
• 6000-CS10: Certified plastic shim, 250 ±0.2 microns (10 ±0.08 mil) – Brown.
• 6000-CS20: Certified plastic shim, 500 ±0.2 microns (20 ±0.08 mil) – Yellow.
• 6000-CS40: Certified plastic shim, 1000 ±0.2 microns (40 mil ±0.08 mil) – White.
• 6000-CS50: Certified plastic shim, 1500 ±0.2 microns (60 ±0.08 mil) – Black.
• 6000-CSS: Certified plastic shim, complete set of 8.
